      Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      As for the return shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. Thus, we process a refund for those items that is faulty or mistake from our end. Photo of faulty item will be asked to you and our customer service agent will process your refund as soon as the picture has been submitted.

      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


        Failed Delivery Attempts:

        The local postman will deliver your order with the daily post. If there is nobody home to sign for the parcel, the postman will leave a delivery docket in your letterbox, advising you to collect the parcel at your local post office.


        Tracking Your Order:

        Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking code.

        You can then use this code to track your order at

        To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
